Brand Inventation Acceptance Denied
Ive been a long time seller of a certain brand. The brand recently registered with Brand Registry and sent me an inventation to be an approved seller. My store health score is 1000 out of 1000 with a 97% customer feedback rating. Last year I sold over $20M. I have a great long term relationship with the brand owner. However, Amazon denied my invention when I accepted it. Is there any other method the brand can use to add me as an approved seller?

Hi @Seller_JFkWpRHAQHxLH
Typically when brand registry declines these cases, it stems from your account health or if you are at risk in other stores.
When logging into your seller central, on the top left it should tell you if you are at risk in other stores. You seem to have some pending actions in Canada and Brazil stores. Also Australia is deactivated.
The reason may simply be because you don't use these stores anymore, but with a risk status, Brand registry will not approve most cases with a risk status.
I would advise you to work with Account Health to clear these and make sure all stores are back in good health.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
