I’m reaching out in the hope that someone from the community or an Amazon moderator can assist me with an urgent issue I’ve been facing regarding my seller account.
My account was deactivated due to a bank account verification issue. I’ve already submitted all the required documents, including a bank statement that meets all of Amazon’s criteria (dated within 180 days, showing the bank account number, logo, and account holder's name). The bank account is in the name of my business and has been verified in Seller Central, yet my account remains deactivated.
I’ve been in contact with Seller Support under case ID 10314951562, and was told that my case had been escalated to the relevant team for a second review. I was also advised to contact the verification team directly via email at apuk-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, which I did, but I haven’t received any updates for quite some time now.
This situation is severely impacting my ability to run my business on Amazon. I’ve submitted everything, including:
A bank statement (downloaded PDF, not a screenshot).
Confirmation of Payoneer Receiving Account.
A Letter of Good Standing from my bank.
Has anyone else experienced long delays with bank verification, and how did you resolve it? Is there another way to escalate this issue for a quicker response?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
