Account disabled for 2 months
Hi there, I have had my account disabled since May 26th. This is the email I received from Amazon:
“On May 26th, your disbursements were withheld across your Amazon Accounts worldwide because we have become aware of the activity on your Amazon EU account that is not in compliance with Amazon policies: the country of establishment of your business does not match with your registered business address. Please note that a failure to take action on your side might result in the suspension of your selling account.”
I immediately provided all relevant information, but it made no sense to me as my business is registered in the UK with a UK address.
It has now been 66 days and all I get is automated replies I have requested phone calls but have gotten none.
My main problem is now that my stock is being disposed of, my return address is in Belfast in Northern Ireland (part of the UK) and apparently, amazon won’t do removal orders to NI anymore so they have recently disposed of 250 units I had (about £1500 worth of stock at the price I paid).
I got a 90-day removal notice when my account was suspended so why have they started to do this before the 90 days are up?
Has anyone had a similar thing happen to them? I only started selling on Amazon last October and now I really don’t know if I want to continue as this has been a horrible experience so far. Considering I don’t even know what I have done wrong and no one seems to be able to tell me how long it will take to be fixed…

According to CH, you live in Ireland (Eire) and there’s no uk VAT registration on your seller profile page
As you had stock in uk fba , you’d need uk vat registration as a netp or prove you have physical premises and staff in uk
