How to create plan of action for violation of packaging. Section 3 Code of Conduct was taken. And now how to send the plan of action? Can you guide me?

What Amazon is looking for here are 2 documents. They are looking for a valid supply chain. You will need a manufacturer’s or verified suppliers Invoice, with their name, address, and a contact. You will need a Letter of Authorization from the Brand(s) Owner that states that you may sell their products on Amazon.
You will not be able to submit either of these documents to Amazon.
Amazon has a Drop Shipping Policy that you have violated. There is no valid supply chain with how your are doing business. I don’t believe that you will be able to reinstate your account.

If your email deactivating your account does not have instructions for how to send a POA, it is highly likely that you cannot appeal it.

If you were dropshipping there is no path back. It will spell out what is required in the notification you received but recently Amazon has not reinstated dropshippers. If you weren’t dropshipping or were doing it in accordance with the policy that was posted then follow the appeal instructions that my be in your notification
