Cant reactivate my account & cant get any help

Can anyone help? I am trying to reactivate my account. I never used it. I have 0 violations or issues. Everytime I try to reactivate it puts me in circles. I am trying to get help from an amazon worker but it wont let me contact anyone. I am stuck. I dont have any emails saying it's been deactivated. I cant appeal anything because there arent any issues. ive been trying to reactivate it for months. Please help!
