Amazon response - not sufficient evidence, "really great" stuff lost, money 136 euro lost, metrics ruined
I opened case requesting action on this again and I report customer as a thief in violations section
If I don't see any effect, I send attorney letter to Amazon
this is really disgusting what happens here

But no proof of the real delivery like a " signature " but a signature is sometime not a proof for Amazon ....
I have been selling on Amazon since 2009. In the early days, nobody ever claimed they had not received their order. It all began after Amazon created their A-Z guarantee and I remember saying "This will open the flood gates to fraud."
In the first couple of years, I had approximately 2% of my orders claimed as non-received despite the tracking saying they had been delivered. This gradually increased to 5% but this year it has tripled.
The latest scam is to make the claim that nothing was received. Amazon then sends the seller a notice to that effect and asks the seller to respond. Seller replies asking questions but buyer does not respond. Instead, he clicks on the button confirming case has not been solved. Then Amazon refunds him, seller's stats take a hit and he loses both the marchandise and postage costs.
Believe me mrpelle, you are not the only one that has had enough of this nonsense!
