How to promote wihtout buybox eligible

Hello,

We have been selling on Amazon since 2018 and we have not been buybox eligible since then. Trademarked and brand registered. Selling Custom-made items and can't send items to prime. Since we are not buybox eligible we are not able to use advertising tools to promote our listings and increase our sales. Is there a way to promote any listing without buybox eligible?
