Unable to Upload Documents for Copyright Infringement Appeal

Hi everyone,

I’m currently facing an issue regarding a copyright infringement claim on Amazon for one of my handmade products. I’ve prepared an appeal explaining that my product is entirely handmade, designed, and produced in my small workshop in Türkiye, and that all listing photos are my own.

However, during the appeal process, I noticed there is no option to upload additional files or documentation to prove my case (e.g., original images, design details, or workshop photos). Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Is there another way to submit these supporting documents to Amazon?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is impacting my small business significantly.

Thank you so much in advance!

Best regards,

You can press the other option saying you are not infringing and the system will submit a counter notice and then you have to wait 14 days before you can sell your product again.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have encountered. I understand that you recently received a copyright complaint which has caused concern for your selling. I do want to provide some guidance to alleviate any frustration you might be feeling from the situation.

As mentioned by @Seller_Df176NhM5xFov, you should have the option to submit a DMCA counter notice if you believe that your product is not infringing on another. It will take time for this to be processed and for action to be taken if our team does determine that the listing is compliant. Please be aware that if the product is infringing or is similar enough to the IP of the rights owner that submitted the complaint, we will not be able to guarantee a resolution to this situation.

We do encourage you to continue to refer to this thread with any information or details that you have received so we may provide guidance.

Best,

Atlas
