Incorrect Variation Warning and Amazon won't read or reply to appeal
I received a warning from Amazon saying I created an incorrect variation listing. I deleted the variation immediately and appealed it. I gave all three Root cause, Corrective measures, Preventive measures in detail in all my appeals
But all my appeals to Amazon are met with their standard copy paste reply:
“We received your submission but do not have enough information to remove the variation warning from your account at this time. To remove the warning, please send the following:
– The root cause(s) of the policy violation.
– The actions you have taken to resolve the policy violation.
– The steps you have taken to prevent this violation in the future.”
The listings do not violate any policy. But any attempt of me to tell Amazon this is met with the same reply. Any suggestions?

I received a warning from Amazon saying I created an incorrect variation listing. I deleted the variation immediately and appealed it. I gave all three Root cause, Corrective measures, Preventive measures in detail in all my appeals.
1. Warnings are just that, a Warning. Amazon gives you a week or so to correct the situation. Then the Autobot comes back to see if you did the correction. An appeal is not necessary, so you would not expect to receive any reply from Amazon.
2. If a seller does not correct the situation by the tine a bot comes back to check, then the selling account is suspended, and an appeal is necessary.
Now the appeal gets one step harder. Now only do you have to address the original issue with the three sectional parts, you have to include a second root cause; Why you failed to addressed the warning in a timely manner. This is now the root cause foe the suspension, for if the original problem would have been corrected, you would not have been suspended.
It is sort of a trick Amazon plays on sellers.

Root Cause of the Variation issue: I understand that the policy violation was due to an error in the Variation Theme Column of my flat file upload. Although I tried to follow Amazon's policies regarding ASIN variation creation, I made a mistake which resulted in non-compliance but I did not try to misuse ASINs variations. Currently, I create ASIN Variations by uploading a flat file that includes Parent and Child details. I uploaded a flat file with the Variation theme which I later found out was causing the policy violation. Previously, I tried to upload variations based on a different variation theme of quantity size, which was more relevant to our variations, but encountered errors during the upload. As a result, I changed the Variation theme of style, which was a valid input in our Category. I tried to comply with Amazon's policies regarding ASIN variation creation, but there was a mistake in the Variation Theme Column that led to non-compliance. The Parent ASIN in question is : B0C3T8C8N2 and the child ASIN : B0C2CKT9VR, B07SVPFNK4, B07YGN5MC3, B07YGYJ7NR. I am also attaching the flat file with my appeal that was uploaded to create the Parent listing that caused this issue Batch ID: 121476019474.
Corrective Actions to resolve the Issue: As soon as I became aware of the policy violation, I removed the Parent ASIN in question is B0C3T8C8N2 along with all the effected child ASIN : B0C2CKT9VR, B07SVPFNK4, B07YGN5MC3, B07YGYJ7NR. I then reviewed Amazon's ASIN creation policy to understand where my previous variation was not compliant. I then used contact us button in account health tab to call Amazon customer support and asked about my future plan of action to remove this violation. Then I took the following steps to ensure that this does not happen again:
Reviewing Amazon's ASIN creation policy and variation policy to fully understand it.
Double-checking all ASIN variations before uploading them to ensure compliance.
Regularly reviewing my account health dashboard to check for any policy violations.

Steps taken to prevent the issue from occurring again: To prevent similar violations from occurring in the future, I will closely follow Amazon's policies regarding ASIN creation and Variation creation to ensure full compliance. and will make sure that any type of policy violations does not occur again with my account.
Going forward, I will review any changes in Amazon's ASIN creation policy and variation policy monthly and regularly check my ASINs and variations and account health for compliance with updates to Amazon policies regarding selling on Amazon. And if I get the same type of errors in flat file upload in future with the variation theme then I’ll immediately contact Amazon customer support and check with them where the problem is and will not update flat file before I get detailed analysis from the customer support team that my flat file and variations are in full compliance with current Amazon policies.
Third-Party Involvement: I confirm that I have not worked with any third-party to manipulate sales or violate Amazon policies, so I do not have any of the information requested.
