SHIPMENT DELAYED

my shipment processing more than 1 month but my shipment still not complete, my shipment created in 21 dec 2024 now date is 14 feb 2024, This is alot more time, but my shipment still CHECKED IN status,

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.

That said, if you can please send me your shipment ID and case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into that shipment to make sure everything's on the right track.
