SFP Help - How to use with Royal Mail Click and Drop
I’m thinking of using SFP but I am a little confused.
I have Tracked 24/48 on my Royal Mail account and at moment I use Click and Drop to do my labels. Now as I understand it, I have to buy my labels via SFP.
So,
- If I buy label via SFP will it still print out on my label printer?
- When I collect my orders into Click and Drop do I have to cancel those orders where I am sending via SFP?
- Do Amazon SFP orders create their own batch in Click and Drop which I still manifest at end of the day along with orders from other sources or are they manifested separately?
Thanks

hi

Yes the label should still print on your printer with the same settings.

Yes you will have to manually find the Prime orders in your click and drop and cancel those orders to stop yourself printing them twice. In your click and drop you click on the ‘Store Postage method’ little icon you can use the ‘filter value’ to pick out the Prime orders that have ‘UK NEXT’ as the shipping option.

Any postage purchased via Amazon Buy Shipping won’t be in your RM Click and Drop account manifests - they will be billed directly from your Amazon Payments Balance.
You should be told by Amazon to link your RM account with Amazon to make sure you are getting the correct prices for your Tracked items.
If you use RM Tracked 24 which you have purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping, make sure you put them into a separate RM bag so that Revenue Protection can see that they are Amazon Pre-Paid (they will have an Amazon Logo on the label) and not ones you have purchased through Click and Drop.

Hi,
Like @Simply_NikNaks1 I too am thinking of trying out SFP
I have a Royal Mail OBA with Tracked 24/48 and print my labels from Click & Drop. My post is collected Mon-Fri by Royal Mail.
If/when I get Prime orders am I supposed to send them by Tracked 24 only? I have free shipping at the moment and send most things by Tracked 48 free of charge, with an upgrade to Tracked 24 available at a small cost to the buyer.
How does Royal Mail delivery work for orders placed after 2pm on a Friday? I can in theory drop off my mail at my local Royal Mail delivery office up until 1pm on a Saturday but any order placed after this will not go until Monday.
I have managed to link my OBA Royal Mail account to the Amazon Buy Shipping button, and Royal Mail have said that these packages will count towards my RM parcel quotas which will be a must for me.
Any help and guidance much appreciated!
Thanks
