Read onlyI ship a number of items into FBA by placing them directly onto the pallet without extra boxing.
These SKUs are already in their own cardboard boxes with barcodes etc.
I am now being instructed that each of these should now have an FBA box ID label on them. I have previously had a problem of amazon opening these units up and having a box label would seem to make this more likely to reoccur.
Does this apply if all the boxes on the pallet are the same SKU? I sometimes send 150, 3kg, 10cm x 16cm x 28cm SKUs on one pallet and these have not had the same problem. Can the pallet still just have 4 pallet labels and be labelled single SKU.
Some of the pallets we send are oversize items (93cm x 10cm x 10cm) these do not seem to have the same issue when we send in pallets either single SKU pallets or with mixed SKUs. However seller support seems to say these should have box labels too. This would mean all our warehouse stock would have to be completely restacked to label them!
It seems strange and decidedly against modern environmental policies to be asked to print 40 or 50 A4 sheets of labels for each pallet especially if all the items are identical.
All our items are branded and are unique to us as a seller.
Anyone have similar issues sending in larger items in bulk or whole pallet loads of one item?
Hello @Seller_JGOpCBu76Qbpk,
This is Sakura from Amazon. For pallet shipment, you will need FBA box ID labels and pallet labels.
Here, I am sharing some videos from Seller University that might be helpful:
Fulfilment by Amazon Labeling Guide
6. Send to Amazon: Step 3 - Print box labels
8. Send to Amazon: Step 5 - Print pallet labels
Does it help?
