Help, we are about to give up

About 6 months ago, we discontinued about 14 of our sku's which were variations. We got tired of the mislabel, miscount, and returns "not as described": We chalked it up to the busy Holiday season. We recently decided to re-list the variations. We are the manufacturer, we pack the pallets, they are mixed pallets but we go out of our way to separate the different sku's. there was a shipment that was just received with 3 different sku's, once again, miscounted 2 of the sku's by 90%. The 2 sku's that were miscounted, box weight was 1.7lbs each. The miscounted items were added to the 3rd sku which weighs 9lbs per box. [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]. Is there anything we can do to resolve this constant issue, or should we just give up on variations? We will take any advise
