Need help please tell me which documents i need to upload and how can i get these documents ???

The Share allotment you provided was not notarized.
Please upload the documents listed below to the “Settings” section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/on-board/configuration/index.html). It is important that the documents are easy to read. The information on the documents should also match the information entered in Seller Central.
The document must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, French, Turkish, Polish, Portuguese, and Japanese. If the original document is not in a supported language, please provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.
- For the business:
– A notarized copy of the company’s most recent share allotment document. It may show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares issued for the company. You can download this document from the UK Companies House website (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/).
- For the primary contact person:
– A scanned copy of a certified bank letter for a different bank account for the primary contact person confirming the residential address. The document must meet all the criteria listed below:
- Dated within the last 180 days.
- Signed or stamped by the bank.
- Shows the bank name or logo.
- Shows the account holder’s name, residential address, and bank account number.
We do not accept screenshots.
If you do not upload this document within 60 days, we will be unable to prevent the suspension of your selling privileges.

If for example, your director is resident in Pakistan and you have opened your account stating the primary account holder is resident in the UK and have entered a UK address, Amazon will ask to see proof of this, because of the discrepancy.
Note Amazon are asking for a residential address not a business address where hundreds of other businesses are registered as this clearly would not be classed as residential.
Do check that your information submitted to Companies House (and Amazon) is correct.
