Amazon is not allowing case creation for missing AWD inventory, and even for missing FBA inventory, they are refusing reimbursement, stating that the FNSKUs are unexpected. This likely means that the inventory received does not match the expected SKUs in their system, possibly due to incorrect labeling or discrepancies in shipment details.
Surviving on this platform is becoming increasingly difficult with such challenges.
