Inventory Status Showing as Received, STill no Buy box despite lowest priced FBA Seller

Hi All,

Need some help as totally confused.

Here is the detail of my shipment, I have sent 2 units only
Aug 23, 2021, 11:04 AM UTC, Shipment created
Aug 26,2021, 7:52 PM UTC, In transit
Aug 27,2021, 9:30 AM UTC, Delivered to BHX4,Plot 1, Lyons Park,Coventry,West Midlands,CV5 9PF,GB
Aug 28, 2021, 2:06 AM UTC, Checked in
Aug 28, 2021, 2:08 AM UTC, Receiving Amazon has started scanning your shipment ID labels. Received units are available for sale. Units may be transferred to other fulfillment centers closer to customers.

How long will my units take to receive?
Amazon will confirm the receipt of all units in your shipment on or before Sep 11, 2021,2:06 AM UTC. On or after this date, if there is any issue with your shipment, it will be eligible for investigation.

Please note: We are unable to manually expedite the shipment receive process, and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance.

My listing is live but the status in the shipment queue is still showing as Receiving.
I am not getting the buy box, Can this be the reason that the units are still not received by Amazon despite being the lowest FBA seller.
Just for checking, I added my product in the basket in my Amazon account and the following message is appearing which means that the units have been received and are available for sale.

Any suggestion /guidance will be much appreciated.

There are many factors for the buybox and it is possible to have the lowest price and still not get it.

Don’t do that as there can be consequences.

@BonChoixUK Account was verified approx 2 months and I am on a professional selling plan, the Seller central is in the name of a limited company and is VAT registered.

I have read somewhere on the forum that for new sellers, getting BuyBox can take 3 months,

Is that true? if that is true when Amazon starts charging the storage fee?

I have one more query.

Being a new seller, is it advisable to ask seller to send the inventory directly to the fulfillment center.

Supplier was willing to affix box labels and ship the inventory directly to the fulfillment center.

Few queries, please if someone can help

–I have used DPD one sending one shipment from the supplier directly to Amazon Fulfillment centre, , is there any way to track the shipment from within the "Manage FBA Shipment.

I have added the tracking number from DPD but it’s no working as compared to UPS tracking for another shipment.

– I have sent 45 units of an item, currently and are showing as 45 received but in my storefront, only 5 are showing, I know that I will take some time for all of them to show,
Is there any option to see how many units are in each fulfilment centre as I have read somewhere that Amazon transfers the inventory to different fulfilment centres?

Does Amazon charge storage and at what rates, Is it monthly or some other criteria is used?

Obviously what’s done is done, you are right I would have researched more.

Any suggestions on what should be the next plan of actions
I don’t plan to send any more until the the stock reducesto more that 75%

Any comment on these levels.

I Will be extremely thankful if you can point me out what I need to look at.
