Available balance to tranfer is stuck on 0.00

Hi there

Since 1st January our available balance has not increased from 0.00. We have a continual stream of around 4k sales per day so usually get a daily increase in available balance of 2.5-3k after fees, albeit a week or so after the respective sales.

My concern is that the balance has not moved since the new year, and i wondered if anyone else had the same? I wonder maybe could it from the bank holidays of Christmas and new year?- would that effect the availability date of funds if amazon don't ship orders on these days and maybe this is now the knock on effect a week later? Or is it possible Amazon has increased the hold time in "unavailable balance" before they make funds available- starting the first day of the year?

I was worried in case there was an issue with my account however, the account is showing as healthy in metrics. I don't need the funds instantly but I'm worried at this rate that we won't get a payment at the end of the fortnightly cycle which would cause cash flow issues. The weird thing is that no funds are showing in my "unavailable balance either" that is showing at 0. The payout is showing as 15k for my next scheduled automatic transfer but I just don't quite trust this with request funds amount stuck on 0.

Any help appreciated.

I have the same issue. Haven't a clue why, ive been hoping it just sorts itself out.

Was going to message seller support and enquire but I figured there is more chance of Jeff Bezos hand delivering me a late christmas present than getting a satisfactory answer from them.

check your bank account details and that your debit/credit card still has 3months on it.

If amazon have no means of recouping money ie bank account invalid or credit/debit card outof/nearly out of date they block you payouts until issues are resolved.

Same here, I thought it was because the week between Christmas and NY wasn't busy and I use the funds for buy shipping. Last time I disbursed was on the 2nd of January.

Same here , talking with seller support and at the moment got reply :

" Moreover, upon checking we found that currently you are ineligible for the Disburse on Demand function and hence the option is not working. "

Had this option available for more then 10 years and no email informing about changes to my account.

Have your been switched back to allow your Disburse daily or you got payment after 14 days @Seller_iIenszPtQMSHa ?
