Parallel Import

Hi everyone,

I’m seeking advice on a frustrating situation regarding a Brand Parallel Import Violation on our Amazon Seller Account.

We initially had 4 violations listed on our Account Health page. After providing all the necessary invoices to Amazon and working closely with the brand, 3 violations were successfully removed. However, one violation remains, and despite both our follow-ups and the brand repeatedly requesting Amazon to remove it, nothing has changed.

Here’s what we’ve tried so far:

Submitted valid invoices to Amazon for all products.

The brand itself contacted Amazon multiple times, confirming our compliance and requesting the removal of the violation.

Reopened cases and escalated within Seller Central, but no action has been taken on the last violation.

Unfortunately, this unresolved violation is still affecting our account health, and we’re at a loss for what to do next.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? How did you manage to get Amazon to resolve it? Any advice or tips on escalating this further would be greatly appreciated!
