Menu : Reports : Tax Documents Library
Invoices usually available within 1 week of month end.
Are any of the admins from Amazon able to advise on this point?
In Germany for example, we have to get everything over by the 10th or we get fined. Historically the EU VAT invoices have taken upto 15 days to arrive which we obviously we cant work with, so I had assumed with the recent changes that Amazon would be processing these faster.
These are required urgently for VAT submission. I opened an online chat with Seller Support earlier.
He said he would transfer the case. I said this was unacceptable as once a case is transferred I never hear anything back. He said someone would call me.
No call has been received.
Just thought I'd let you all know, report is available Mid September.

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand you are contacting us regarding the report of amazon fee tax.
You can check the transactions in seller fee invoices under tax document library.
However, the reports will be generated in mid September.
Please wait, untill reports generated in seller central.
I was hoping there would be a spreadsheet I could download that would identify the amount of VAT Amazon charged on its various fees for each transaction (or clarify where VAT has not been charged).
I was looking for the information in a format similar to the data available for income in the Payments, Transaction View - here VAT is clearly identified / separated out.
The information in the long awaited reports provided today for VAT Amazon charges on its fees is highly summarised and in PDF form - not much help to me for book-keeping purposes.
Has anyone found anything more useful?
Many thanks
The whole thing is a mess.
I can see 20% tax charged on EU Storage fees (France, Germany, Spain and Italy).
From the limited information I have, it was assumed that the EU FBA storage fees would be reverse charge, but I'm seeing 20% tax added on the base amount in the transactions, feel free to check yourself if you are PAN EU. (Service charges, it's either 7th or 8th September).
I wouldn't mind, but I've asked Amazon to clarify if this is correct and they can't at the moment.
Also there are no invoices showing storage fees, what the hell man!
