Due to amazons return policy Customers are cheating, They purchase & return their used product stating that they received used product

we are suffering huge loss because of this & even ASIN gets blocked due to high returns

Exactly the same issue :(

Amazon must give some tool to Sellers too to mark such customer as Red Flag so next time, when these frauds place some order, next seller must aware of this.
