Hello,
My seller account was deactivated on the 17th of December because Amazon thinks one of the items Im selling may be counterfeit. They asked me to provide with Invoices. I did. I have sent invoices from authorised distributors. I have even sent my bank statements to confirm my purchases from them. They keep rejecting them as “no enough evidence to confirm”. I have appeal ten times and theres always the same automatic response. Can a person really help me please? I have been selling on Amazon for over 3 years and I have all documents legit.
Kind regards
Barbara

is your authorised provider a wholesale only Company? Do your invoices have their name, address, phone no and web address on, addressed to you exactly as registered on Amazon? Do you have written permission to sell this product on Amazon.
