shipment contents counted and confirmed
Hi,
I am struggling on an open case concerning a shipment to FBA. A few units were missing and on the page of my shipment, it says shipment contents counted and confirmed. I provided amazon fba with my purchase invoice,known discrepancies and dispite all my efforts, I didn't receive any help. I used the service "small parcel shipping by UPS" and according to your policy, the parcel is insurred against issues. Really strugling on that, if you could provide me assistance I would be grateful

Since you used UPS through Amazon's Partnered Carrier Program, your shipment is covered under FBA's lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy.
For your existing case, make sure to add your UPS tracking ID as proof of pickup - you can find this in Seller Central under the Tracking details tab of your shipment. As a recommendation, since this is an old shipment, you should try to contact UPS and ask them to facilitate a proof of pick-up besides the tracking ID.
Having all three required documents (Shipment ID, proof of pickup, and purchase invoice) will help resolve your case faster.

I would like to add that the function: reconciliate your shipment is not working as it says that amazon says:
It says: Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed

I have reviewed your case ending in 7932, and was able to see that the proof of pickup is not present in the documentations provided.
In this case, I advise you to contact the carrier that picked up the shipment and provide you with a proof of pickup to further investigate your case.

Hi,
The support team didn't help me mutch on the case 10728577932. They keep saying that my units were recounted and unfoundable. I really understand the answer as I am requesting Amazon to refund the missing units so of course when you recount them there will be missing units.
I kindly ask you to assist me more on the subject and work directly with the good team.
