You may like to know - Amazon Returns Number RMA

You may like to know that for the last two weeks Amazon have been putting extra characters on the end of the generated returns number.

Instead of D9qHcFndRRMA - it goes into the Seller Central as D9qHcFndRRMARMA.

The upshot is that when you scan the barcode of the return it can’t find the return in the returns list.

You then have to add “RMA” to the end of the scan text or type in the long order number.

I’d like to know what was the root cause of this code violation
How they are going to resolve this.
and how are they going to make sure it never happens again.
