URGENT: We Cannot Update Imagery on ANY Items!
@Glenn_Amazonand any other admin that can please help, every listing I have (stand alone or variation) will not update its imagery. It's fully in compliance, it's 2,000 x 2,000 pixels, it lets me load all imagery on the backend, and hit submit, and within an hour it's gone and the old imagery is just still there. I've been trying for days to update listings across categories and NOTHING will change. I can't open a case because without giving every ASIN of the 600+ in my catalog for this one brand, there's no way to pinpoint why. It's the entire brand of products whose images just aren't saving/indexing, after I hit submit. Doesn't matter how many days I wait or if I use Imagery Manager. We own the brand, we manufacture our own products. This is a new issue. Been a seller for 8 years on the platform. Please help!

How strange, I'm glad I checked the forums. I am experiencing the same thing as you. I've never had an issue with updating my images before, but even after waiting the 24 hours it says that it'll update within I've had no luck... It appears that tomorrow they're updating the manage inventory page so I'm curious if one of the updates they've made as they phase out the old version is the reason.
EDIT: something now appears to be happening, my listing has for some reason reverted itself to an image i haven't used in years and all other images are missing, hopefully this is a sign of it working internally and just taking its time. Otherwise I'm now more concerned than I was previously

Welcome to amazon the rag tag site held together with Elmers's glue. Out of the big three platforms this is the worst. We are confident amazon will find a fix for you. Hopefully sooner than later. Good luck. Amazon has lost control of the catalog for some time now.

If you are currently editing via Menu > Inventory > Manage Inventory page, use the Menu > Catalog > Upload Images page instead.

It sounds like you might not be the seller that Amazon considers to have authority on the listings.

Hi, As another seller said you may not have control for some reason but if you have an FBM and and FBA listing for the same product and variations like when you run out of FBA and your FBM auto fills the spot you can try editing from the FBM one or visa versa if FBA was original one. That works for me all the time. Good luck

Have you tried flat file? try this, and if this doesn't work, create a case with Amazon and reference the batch ID number

Delete all current images. Click save. Wait 10 min. Add new image click save and wait 24 hours. This will work as long as you are the brand owner.

read the policy posted in last month related to photos. Amazon says they can choose which photos from multiple sellers to post. They just may be choosing or they may have not chosen you-3=3; if your the only seller%

I have been selling on Amazon for 8 years also and have the exact same problem. I tried everything including flat files and nothing works. I hope someone will have a new idea on how to solve it

So much for URGENT in the title.
Not a mod for miles...six days later.
I sincerely hope Amazon is not your only selling venue.
