Build International Listings - UK to USA not connecting

Hello

I have a European seller account and an Americas account. I want to have my UK listings copied over to the USA with all their reviews, questions etc.

According to the Amazon University video here, I should be able to copy all my UK listings to the USA marketplace. I have linked my accounts successfully and both are professional selling accounts.

The issue is on the page build international listings/ markletplaces. The instruction video shows the ‘Manage your target marketplaces’ as Europe then a list of European marketplaces and then Americas and a list of the North American Marketplaces. However, in my version I only have a column for the European marketplaces. I can switch to USA as source marketplace and I can build listings into Canada and Mexico but this is not helpful.

Anyone had a similar issue or know how to overcome it?

Thanks.

I’m not aware that the BIL tool works between regions, but I might be wrong. The only time I used it was within Europe. When I wanted my listings in the US I had to create them. It was about 50/50 whether the ASINs were recognised at first, but quite often as I created them, the catalogue then recognised the UK listing and offered the correct item.

I haven’t done it for a long time, FBM to the US on Amazon didn’t make sense for us.

The BIL tool doesn’t actually create listings, but link them.
So unless they already exist on the target marketplace, it cannot do so,

You will need to create the listings yourself.
