SAFE-T Claim Denied because I have Free Returns, but I do NOT offer "FREE Returns".
I hope a moderator can help with SAFE-T Claim ID #15221-06029-9927405.
This is not the first time I have had this issue with a SAFE-T Claim, but it continues to be denied so I decided to post here. The buyer returned an item that did not have the "Free Returns" badge, and it is not in any category that requires free returns. She claimed the item was defective, but the returned item was returned in perfect condition in the original unopened packaging. Her return reason should have been "no longer needed," and she should have been charged for the return shipping.
My SAFE-T Claim was denied with the reason: "The item for which you requested a reimbursement of the cost of the return label is eligible for free Returns."
My return settings are set to NOT offer free returns and none of my listings show that I offer free returns.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Chiming in as I did pull up the claim and relevant ASIN, and show that the listing displays as Free returns:

Thanks for looking into this. The screenshot you shared is for my FBA offering which has to offer "FREE Returns". This particular order was fulfilled by merchant and does not offer "FREE Returns". Can you look into this further?

we have a similar issue.
we are registered as "I want to offer Free Returns for none of my items"
however some of our items are still listed by Amazon as Free Returns.
we spent 3 hours chatting with Seller Support and they provided zero assistance.
