Charged for professional day of opening account downgraded to individual but outstanding $39.99 Balance?
I just created a seller account and was preparing to list something for sale but it seems to automatically have registered me for the professional tier when i wanted to do individual. Now it seems like i have an outstanding $39.99 balance when I didn't have the intention of using the professional features yet. I was wondering if there was any way to clear this as I can't progress with anything else on the account because of it. I've yet to list anything or make any sales.

You are new in this forum. On top you see a search bar. There you can type any keyword and find identic threads. Do this. Your question has been mentionned a hundred times.

Thank you for reaching out. As long as you have not created any new listings in your Seller Account, you can contact Seller Support and ask them to refund you for the subscription fee for the month. I have reviewed your account and see that you are still listed as a professional account, which you can change here. You will need to change this before you create a case to Seller Support. If you still need help after you contact them, please provide me with the case ID so I can take a look.
Please know that many sellers start selling with an individual account, then upgrade to a professional account once their sales pick up, so you can upgrade again at any time.
