Delivery Times Showing Longer Than Should Be

Customer is seeing delivery timeframe of 18 - 20 December on our listing but

in manage orders its showing

Ship by date: 11 Dec 2023 to 12 Dec 2023

Deliver by date: 13 Dec 2023 to 15 Dec 2023

our template is 1-2 days dispatch time and RM 48

If i switch on SSA it makes delivery timeframe shown to buyer even longer and as may arrive after xmas!

Any ideas folks??

Our handling time is usually set to 2 days to give a bit of leeway, despite 99% of orders going the same day. All are sent 2nd class.

I have now set handling to 1 day and all items will go 1st class till we close for Christmas to avoid the dreaded "arrives after xmas"

Do not turn on SSA - just alter your handling and delivery times
