Dear Serllers

I recently created Amazon selling account but before even start selling I face an issue in regards of account health that my account is deactivated by seller team.

Here is the email that I have received from amazon –

“You have been found to be related to an account beginning with M RUMI.

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated”

I never had any other seller account so what evidence should I submit here , please advise Kind Regards

Did you open in the past the account that you might have forgotten about? Did you check if you have any accounts registered on amazon.com or in another region?
