Brand Registry in 2023
Hello guys.
I would like to know if you can use a pending trademark registration to enroll into Amazon’s Brand Registry in 2023 (I’ve heard they do now).
I would like you guys to confirm if this is true.

Seems a bit hit & miss some to get accepted some dont.I waited until mine was confirmed.

I think you can but the application will pend until the trademark is given and fully registered.
I don’t think applying during the pending stage will speed up the process once its has been granted though.
Personally I would wait until you have it before enrolling.

i am still waiting for my trademark to be registered but was able to register with brand registry with a pending application.
Apparently applying through Germany for a trademark is the quickest route, turnaround time of 2/4 weeks.

A German registered trademark can be used for Uk brand registry but does not give your brand protection in the Uk i believe.

Anyway its irrelevant as a pending Uk trademark will not permit you from selling.
