Creating a SellerAcc after having one deactivated
Hi there,
My account got deactivated 2 weeks ago, I assume due to the inactivity as I created the account 2 months prior to sending the first FBA shipment to lock in the desired shop name (brand name).
I am unable to get a reply from customer services for 2 weeks.
Given that this account is deactivated can I open a new one with the same set of credentials like VAT number, company name, etc. ??
I would appreciate any help thank you!

No you can’t open another account, you should work to getting your account re-opened. Amazon will not let you open another one.

Hi,
Thanks for your posts.
I would recommend that you review your performance notifications as they contain very clear information as to why your account was deactivated. If you wish to provide more information you can create a case via your account however as advised by Alison do not create a new account as this is against Amazon policy.
Thanks,
Jessica

Please post here the original suspension notice which you received from Amazon and can be found in your Seller Account’s performance notifications if you would like some help with appealing:

Definitely don’t attempt to circumvent the suspension by opening a new store. This applies to accounts registered using family member’s details or a different business entity as well.
