how do i pay ups delivery fee

i payed for an label with ups amazon partnered its says estimated delivery fee is £2.50 i clicked confirm and it gave me an ups label i shipped the box out and i haven't paid any money to amazon for the ups my balance is the same.so who is paying for ups label.

Amazon will take it from your selling balance soon. Unless there's a promotion on at the moment for free shipping, which runs sometimes for new sellers / new products to FBA,

If you're a relatively New seller , you get a promotion . I had one for i believe it was £80 for transport . So it will be taken from that .

Or they will take it from your seller account . .
