My Amazon account was deactivated because it was linked to my previous account, which I had permanently closed before creating my current account "Need Guidance"
I received mail from amazon on 25 march 2023 " Hello,
Your amazon uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
You have a separate account FIVESTARTRENDZ+STORE which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE Selling account to sell on Amazon uk.
How do I reactivate my account?
In order to reactivate this Selling account, FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE please follow the below steps:
-
You must first reactivate the account associated with FIVESTARTRENDZ+STORE by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.
-
Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE by using this link: . When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.
What if I don’t own the account – FIVESTARTRENDZ+STORE ?
If you believe you do not own the other account, please follow the below steps:
-
If you once owned the account/were a rights owner but no longer own it/no longer have account rights, please submit an appeal following this and provide supporting documentation to show that you no longer own it/no longer have any relationship to this account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
-
If you do not recognise the above account and believe this de-activation was in error, please submit an appeal following this link: and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.
What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If you do not provide a valid appeal, or choose not to appeal the deactivation, after 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
Regards,
Seller Performance Team"
After that i submit appeal by clicking on
1st Option I recognize the other account but no longer related to other account at this time and 2nd option other (my mistake)
i write and send this appeal
" Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
I am writing to respectfully appeal the decision to deactivate my Amazon Seller account, FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE, following the closure of my previous account, FIVESTARTRENDZ+STORE. I understand that there have been concerns raised regarding the connection between the two accounts. However, I firmly believe that my current account should be allowed to continue selling on Amazon, as I have learned from my previous experience and have taken steps to ensure full compliance with Amazon’s high standards and policies.
Background:
• My previous account, FIVESTARTRENDZ+STORE, failed the verification process, and I received an email on January 29 informing me that I could not continue selling on Amazon. I then requested the permanent closure of FIVESTARTRENDZ+STORE on February 5, 2023, and received a confirmation email for the same.
• I subsequently created a new account, FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE, on March 3, 2023, and completed the verification process on March 22, 2023. However, my account was deactivated under section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement on March 25, 2023, citing a connection to my previous account.
Actions Taken:
Since the closure of my previous account and the creation of my new account, I have taken several actions to ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines:
• I have thoroughly reviewed Amazon’s Seller policies, specifically the Seller Code of Conduct and Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/G200386250).
• My account deactivated at 3rd march under section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement on March 3, 2023. I then reactivated my account on March 22, 2023, after learning from my previous experience and completing the verification process for my new account, FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE.
Future Preventative Measures:
To prevent any future issues and ensure continued compliance with Amazon’s policies, I am committed to taking the following preventative measures:
• I will diligently maintain my account information and ensure it remains up to date.
• I will consistently monitor my account for any potential policy violations and promptly address them.
• I will establish a robust inventory management system to ensure only legitimate products are listed on my account.
• I will implement additional security measures to prevent unauthorized access to my Seller account and protect sensitive information.
Addressing Amazon’s Concerns:
I understand that Amazon has raised concerns about the connection between my previous account and my current account. I want to reassure you that I have taken the necessary steps to address the issues with my previous account, including its permanent closure, and have learned from this experience. I am now focused on maintaining full compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines with my new account, FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE.
I want to express my gratitude for your time and consideration in reviewing my appeal. I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of Amazon’s platform and am committed to working closely with Amazon to ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines. I am confident that my new account, FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE, can operate successfully on Amazon while maintaining the highest standards of business ethics and customer satisfaction. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can take or information I can provide to address any concerns and help facilitate the reinstatement of my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
FIVESTARTRENDZ-STORE

Hello FIVESTARTRENDZSTORE,
You have been found to be related to an account beginning with FIVESTARTRENDZ STORE.
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination."

I haven’t read the rest yet but basically, you cannot close an account that is nit verified or that is suspended
You were shut down and then reopened a new account a few weeks later
You cannot do that - as you have found out
Seller_Wqi3IObulfSO4
Is any body refer my case to account health for more accurate guidance

@The_Little_Shop is correct - you will need to reactivate your initial account, that is the problem you have. So you need to deal with the below detail…what policy did the initial store violate? You will need a plan of action to deal with this.

You mention the previous account failing verification, but in your appeal you talk a lot about learning from mistakes and following Amazon’s rules. Was verification really the only issue? Or by verification do you mean something like verifying authenticity of goods etc?

we get the same motification today, but I never heard the mentioned account associated to mine

Hello @FIVESTARTRENDZ+STORE,
This is Xeno from Amazon to help you with your concerns.
We understand the concern regarding the issue you have with the related accounts. Let’s work together in finding the solution.
Firstly, we would like to let you know that in case your account was not verified earlier it would be deactivated and not completely closed as stated above. Hence requesting you to go ahead and resolve the issue accordingly. Once both the accounts have been reactivated, you would need to request closure from one of the account and proceed accordingly.
In order to reactivate your selling account, you will have to first reactivate the account to which your selling account is related to and appeal from their account, once that appeal has been accepted then submit the same appeal from your account by clicking here along with the name of reactivated related account and the date of reactivation. In case you strongly believe that this action has been taken in error, you would need to submit a strong plan of action addressing your issue along with any of the supporting documents such as sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
Thank you for your post. I hope my response is beneficial towards your business. Feel free to reach on this thread for any further queries.
Regards,
Xeno
