Customer / warehouse damaged
Hi Everyone, we are a UK based seller that sells in the USA and also in Europe. We have a lot of stock in amazon that shows the message CUSTOMER_DAMAGED | WAREHOSUE DAMAGED| DEFECTIVE when we download the CSV file. I was after some suggestions as to what we can do with all of these. Charity? just let amazon dispose of them or any other smart ideas ?
thank you for anyone who replies

Thats really up to you - if you are VAT registered you could try to liquidate them, or donate them to charity, or have them recalled, or have them destroyed.
It really depends on the value of the item, what it is - ie i’d be more inclined to destroy a “damaged” £2 greeting card than a £2,000 laptop that could be repaired

It’s worth noting that “customer damaged” may mean there is no damage at all. Depending on their value and the cost of return you may want to get them returned and inspected.
Warehouse damaged means you can’t typically do anything with them as Amazon will reimburse you for them and they are then free to do with them as they please.
