Invoice upload required by Amazon
Hi, I’m a bit confused about the invoice uploading process, and Amazon keep emailing about the automated service they provide but I’m unsure if I can apply or if it’s purely for companies who are VAT registered. I’m just a standard sole trader.
Any help is greatly appreciated

No you can still use it if not vat registered - they’ll just send your business customers an invoice rather than a vat invoice

There are MANY threads about this.
It is mandatory to upload invoices/receipts for all orders marked as from Business Customers, or if the buyer requests.
As a non VAT registered seller you can now get Amazon to do it for you - follow the link in the email you will have received and the notification in Amazon news from a few days ago - the relevant bit as copied/pasted below.
Sellers exempt from VAT registration in both EU and the UK can declare their VAT exemption status and benefit from automated receipt generation.
