Listing books on Amazon

I have been selling on Amazon since 2012. Mostly books but other items as well. I had not tried to list anything for several months. Listed mostly on other sites. Mainly because of the slow sales and the poor profit on low cost books. However, recently sales have picked up a bit on Amazon.

So I went to list some more books and find there is no more "Sell on Amazon." link on the listings. I call Seller Support and I am told to essentially to cut and paste the title to "List Your Products."

I don't like to do this mainly because its pain and more time consuming. Also, will I end up on the right lisitng page for my book that it was oiginally intended?

Maybe some will think this is no big deal but explain why the former system was not better and why Amazon would want to remove it.

Don't cut & paste the title; do the ISBN. In fact, if you just scan the barcode or type in the ISBN, then you're ready to go (of course, double check the listing, as there are many that are incorrect, especially in regards to binding).

I think that getting rid of the "Have One" button was good, because it's stopped (or at least slowed) the people who think that all you have to do with any product is click that button and sell, regardless of whether or not you are authorized. Granted, that applies more to other things than to books, but IMO a not a bad move.
