Account deactivated - inauthentic complaint

Back in December 2023 we had an inauthenticity complaint and despite numerous attempts to prove authenticity by submitting invoices, Amazon were unable to verify the supplier from the invoice so we acknowledged the complaint and have been happily selling other listings ever since. Out of the blue this week we were deactivated for that ASIN which we’ve not sold since December, having removed all the stock etc.

We have attempted again to prove authenticity with the invoices but this has failed.

We don’t know what else we can do. We purchased the stock from a legitimate UK business but Amazon are not able to verify the supplier from the invoice but that is all we were given at the time of making the purchase.

I think the verification of the invoice may be automated maybe but either way, we seem to be at the end for our business. Can anyone help?

Did you delete and close the listing? If you left it on your inventory list then Amazon may have seen this as an intention to sell.
