Brand Name Approval Question
Hi everybody,
I'm new to FBA and am setting up a new brand and went through the process where you submit your logo and packaging photos for approval.
I chased up Amazon Seller Support yesterday (a terrible mistake I now realise) and they said it was declined because the brand already exists on Amazon. They then suggested I use an available brand instead and suggested I use the exact brand name I'm trying to get approved...
However, the listing is active. I can create FNSKU labels, it's an available SKU to make shipping plans for, I can edit the listing and the brand name field is set to the value I want it and it's greyed out. I can create new listings for the brand without the message saying the brand name is approved.
I'm new to all this but this looks like it's been approved even if the system is saying it's declined? Surely the listing wouldn't exist if the name actually caused an issue
Am I able to share the FNSKU labels I'm getting with the supplier? They're starting to chase for them now
