Hermes Bulk Upload
Hey Guys
New to the forum, I have been selling on amazon since march really enjoying the experience so far.
We are in the process of getting a Royal Mail account setup, in the meantime it works out cheaper for us to use hermes for shipping.
I keep running into this problem whilst using hermes bulk upload. When I pay for the shipping normally it will update amazon mark the orders as dispatched and add the tracking number. Recently it will mark some orders as dispatched and upload the tracking but leave many out. Sometimes it doesnt mark any as dispatched and I have to manually confirm shipment.
Amazon and Hermes are blaming each other, has anyone experienced this issue and if so found a way to resolve it as we are shipping 200+ a day and its a lot of extra work to manually input.

Ah yes I had this issue.
You can do a bulk upload to amazon with the relevant tracking numbers.
I now don’t use the integration at all. I download/upload CSV’s to transfer info between Hermes and Amazon/Ebay. Its actually quite easy once you create formulas. But there are some tricks to it e.g copy/pasting tracking from Hermes order confirmation email to excel.
