I'm contacting you regarding the identity verification process. I've been asked to submit a certified bank letter, which I've done multiple times using different bank letters. However, none of them seem to have been accepted.
I suspect there might be a technical issue with the submission process. The last document I uploaded was titled "Certified Bank Letter," whereas Amazon mentioned that I provided the "Bank Statement." It appears there may be a discrepancy in the documents viewed on your end.
Additionally, my account was deactivated. I am confident that my last submitted document was not seen due to some technical problems. I am ready to provide the necessary documents, so please give me a chance.
I also want to mention that Amazon required identity verification due to inactivity. However, I have already ordered two different products, and they were on their way. These orders could be seen on my account. Furthermore, on May 2nd, one of them was delivered to an Amazon warehouse.
Please assist me in reactivating my account and restarting the selling process.

No-one here can reactivate your account - this is not Amazon you are messaging, but a forum for sellers.
They usually require a bank statement with the same address as on your account, also, it does seem that submitting multiple documents can cause confusion. The process is usually done by 'bots' and is possibly not a technical issue.

I checked with the partner team, and it looks like your initial application was rejected because you submitted a bank certificate instead of a bank statement.
Have you had a chance to submit the correct document yet?
