Amazon FBA shipment closed 0 out of 27 items received
Case log ID: 14375876691
So I sent in this FBA shipment on October 30, 2023. It got to the STOCKTON, CA warehouse on November 4th. It was then FC to LITTLE ROCK, AR.
On November 26 Amazon closed the shipment 0 received. The box weighed at least 35 pounds. Not only that 7 of the same ASIN A items in the shipment got sold and was shipped to customers. For some reason it shows 0/7 received for those ASIN A items. Also in that shipment I had 3 ASIN B items that says 0/3 received and it says I can't investigate them because everything has been counted correctly. However... the 3 ASIN B item show up as available for sale when I check my inventory. I have never sent or replenished ASIN B in any other shipments. Amazon can you tell me why suddenly a 35+pound shipment ended up having 0/27 received even though some of the items in the shipment have been sold and shipped to customers?

Because they messed up. But here's a warning. If you do not have invoices for those items DO NOT open up a case. I have experienced this. I, like you, had items received, checked in and then mysteriously disappear. I opened a case and they asked for invoices, I did not send them to them because I wasn't looking for reimbursement, I wanted them to find my inventory. But for some reason, they need invoices to look for items they checked in to their warehouse. About 2 months later I awoke to those items in my inventory. Sold about 3 items. But the very next day they were missing again. I go to the inventory ledger and its shows the items were removed due to ownership issues. They knew they belong to me because of the seller sku so they put them in my inventory. But because I never sent them the invoices they said the items weren't mine. If I had never opened the case they would have just placed them back in my inventory, where they would have stayed. Lesson learned.

Case has still not been addressed or solved? Can an amazon agent take a look at this please?
