Lost the buy box for no reason on our own listings
@Spencer_Amazon @Simon_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon @Winston_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn please help - we have over 10,000 Easter items that are potentially going to end up in the bin if we can't get this resolved.
We have lost the buy box on 94% of our listings for the last 7 days, majority of them being Easter listings, at a huge loss to our company. Could you ask the team to look at them as a matter of urgency please? There are 100's but a few examples are;

The mods have asked that any buy box queries go onto their Megathread and not be posted seperately (have a look on the forum). They pass the info on to the relevant team then to see if a seller is still buy box eligible - thats all.

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
