Looking to close my Amazon UK/Europe Account, without affecting my North America Store

Amazon UK/Europe is a bit too complicated for me (especially with the new identity verification requirements), and it hasn't been as successful as expected.

My business is based in the US, and that's where the vast majority of our sales are.

How can I close my Amazon UK/Europe Account while ensuring it has no impact on my amazon north America store?
