Yes another Account level Reserve question.....
Yes another Account level Reserve question.....
Can anyone tell me if it is normal for all funds to go from Pending then into Deferred and then from Deferred go right into Account Level Reserve? I read a post from Connor that Account Level Reserve is going away since Deferred has been implemented in October. All my sales are sitting in Reserve after sitting in deferred. Any thoughts?????

Account level reserves are not going away, Previously, sales proceeds withheld through Delivery Date-Based Reserves appeared as a lump sum amount "Account-Level Reserves" on your Payments Dashboard. This is now shown as deferred transactions so that you can know exactly which orders are subject to these policies and for how long they will be reserved.
You can view the deferred payment policy page here for further visibility as well along with this page on Account Level Reserves.
However, I wanted to see if you had specific payment issue as well. Have you missed a disbursement or have further questions?
