I have some queries. Whom to ask regarding sales?

Usually when I'd book an fba shipment in october, the slots used to be full for diwali. This is the first time ever that I have good inventory on amazon and there are no sales at all. Least sales compared to last 2 years. It is scary. Is there any reason for this? No use advertising as well.
