Customisations not showing

Hi all,
I have just added my first product and have tried to put in three customisable options, such as chain length. This does not show on the product and when I go back in to edit the item, they have all disappeared - any ideas??

make sure you click to save options BEFORE you click save product.

if you add options without saving them then when you save the product the options disappear

A seller must complete certain steps before they can add customization to their handmade listings. Here is what is stated in the Tips for Creating Handmade Customisation help pages:

Anytime you create a customisation option for one of your products, you’ll need to complete the following information first:

Customisation Name: Give your customisation a name that describes what you are creating.
Is this customisation required to purchase this product?: Specify if the customisation is required for customers to purchase the item.
Instructions: Provide a short set of instructions to customers to accompany the customisation.
