Seller Identity Verification
Hi,
I’ve registered and was successfully approved for a seller account this August.
Last week I was notified that due to inactivity my account has been deactivated and in order to reactivate it I would need verify my identity again - by providing a photo ID document and a bank account statement.
I’ve provided the same two documents I’ve used to initially register my Amazon account and verify my identity with (all up to date) but have received the following answer from Seller Identity Verification team -
“We were unable to verify the bank statement / the credit card statement that you provided. To learn more about our requirements, go to “Seller Identity Verification”:”
I’ve used an up to date Payoneer Account Statement - same one I’ve used to successfully pass Seller Identity Verification process when initially registering for my seller account, and also double checked and made sure the document fits all Amazon requirements.
I’ve then replied to this response requesting to check my documents again or let me know if I need to change anything in specific, but haven’t received a response since - this was 4 days ago.
This issue is very time sensitive as my products are soon to arrive to an FBA warehouse - as provided on my Amazon shipping plan.
At this point, unless I close my case with the Identity Verification Team, I am unable to even provide new documents as each time I click “Reactivate account” I am reaching the case page with my last message.
I would really appreciate some assistance or advice!

Try your credit card statement if they are not accepting the bank statement.
