I urgently need help with a critical issue affecting my business. I recently transferred my legal entity and have been waiting for the validation of my business identity information for over two weeks. During this time, I have not received any performance notifications or updates, and the delay is severely impacting my sales—especially during this busy period.
Before initiating the transfer, I reached out to the seller verification team to ensure a smooth process, as I wanted to avoid any complications. Unfortunately, this issue has arisen, and it's having a significant impact on my business operations.
Can someone from Amazon please look into this matter and provide assistance as soon as possible?
