Hi there

I’m selling amazon and I’m not sure how but i have sold to two businesses who require invoices. I don’t have automatic invoices and I cant register because I’m not VAT registered, how can i solve this problem and fix this issue in the future as I’m not sure what options i should cancel.

You need to supply businesses and any customer who asks with a receipt or an invoice.

If you aren’t vat registered it will be a receipt, you can ask Amazon to generate them on your behalf by declaring yourself exempt from vat, however they will only issue receipts from orders going forward.

You will have to generate receipts yourself for these two business customers.

There are many free online places who will generate a receipt for you if you are not comfortable designing your own.

As above reply, if you declare your VAT exempt status, Amazon will automatically issue receipts for your sales to business customers.
Click on the second link in this notification:

Amazon generated invoices (recommended)

Amazon can generate VAT invoices or receipts on your behalf at no cost and make them available for customers to download. VAT registered sellers can activate the VAT Calculation Service and benefit from automated invoice generation. Sellers exempt from VAT registration in both the EU and the UK can declare their VAT exemption status and benefit from automated receipt generation.

You will need to create receipts for the ones you have already had.
Try www.invoice-generator.com
Download to your device then upload to Amazon on the tab in your ‘Shipped orders’ page.
