Amazon asks for HACCP paperwork, then deny my paperwork and ask for more paperwork on the certifier

I have a product that is a supplement

After selling for 4 years, I get a complaint that someone is allergic because they want to get a refund. Ok, happens all the time.

This time Food Safety asks for HACCP plan in 24hours or they take down my listing.

I sent the HACCP plan, it was rejected. I sent the certificate of HACCP along with the ISO 22000 certificate.

They rejected that saying that I need an ISO certificate from the company that is giving the certification. Well they are a CHinese National Company and are registed through CNAS, so what is the problem? They are requiring me to contact a Chinese Government agency for their certificate.

So I send them the certificate that shows they are a certified provider in China, this was rejected.

I am being asked to provide more documentation that is required. I only need the COA and ISO certificate to list the item. It is easy to simply relist my item but I have reviews and people on Subscribe and Save so I am trying to save the listing
